Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026 · H2 Intelligence LLC

1. Who we are

H2 Intelligence LLC ("H2 Intelligence," "H2i," "we," "us," or "our") builds custom AI automation workflows for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with us — through our website, phone, text message, or email — and how we use, share, and protect it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you book a call, submit a form, call or text us, or reply to a message from us. This may include:

  • Your name, business name, email address, and phone number
  • Details you share about your business, workflows, or the problem you want help with
  • The content of calls, texts, and emails exchanged with us
  • Basic usage data from our website (pages viewed, referral source, device/browser type)

3. SMS & phone communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from H2 Intelligence, we use that number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies related to your inquiry or engagement with us.

No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This category of data is excluded from any data sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP, or by contacting us directly using the details in Section 8. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm, and follow up on discovery calls and meetings
  • To respond to your questions and communicate about our services
  • To scope, propose, and deliver the automation work you engage us for
  • To improve our website, outreach, and service delivery
  • To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — scheduling (Calendly), calling/texting, email, and hosting platforms — solely to provide those services on our behalf
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when necessary
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

As stated in Section 3, SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are never included in this sharing for third-party marketing purposes.

6. Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or contact us directly to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

8. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to [email protected] or 206-678-1183.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
